In January we travelled to the Ulster Museum to look around the ‘True Colours’ exhibition which is a showcase of the outstanding artwork produced for the summer 2017 GCE and GCSE examinations.
We arrived at the museum at 11am and had time to look around the exhibitions. We really enjoyed seeing the displays and they inspired us to create sketchbooks of our own individual artwork. We especially loved seeing the variety of art pieces and seeing how other people work on a project. Seeing the exhibitions gave us lots of ideas. It really inspired us to experiment more with different media and we particularly enjoyed the felt art. We really enjoyed going with the other schools and meeting new people.
