St Patrick’s Grammar School hosted a Shared Education Coding Event on Thursday 23rd February for year 8 pupils in the Armagh area. The session began with pupils learning cryptography skills by working together to decipher secret messages. Block Coding exercises follwed with pupils learning to write algorithms to solve puzzles. The final activity involved pupils writing code in Python and using this code to interact with the BBC Microbit computer. New skills were learned and everyone involved had a great day!
